Submit your referral
Obtain a referral letter from your GP or primary healthcare provider. You can upload it directly on our referrals page, or your GP can send it via secure messaging, fax, or email.

We triage your referral
Every referral is triaged to assess whether private psychiatric care is suitable. Not all referrals are accepted. Once yours is accepted, we will send you new patient paperwork to complete and a link to book your appointment. A text reminder and an email containing a video link will be sent to you one day prior to your scheduled appointment.
Get your comprehensive assessment
Join your video appointment for a comprehensive assessment and we will discuss an individualised management plan. Subsequently, your psychiatrist will update your referring GP about the outcome of assessment and future follow up.
