Send us your referral letter
Obtain a referral letter from your GP / Primary healthcare provider. Send the referral letter to us over secure messaging, fax or email.

Book an appointment
After reviewing the referral letter, our highly professional administration team will contact you in scheduling an appointment.
A text reminder and an email containing a video link will be sent to you one day prior to your scheduled appointment.

Get your comprehensive assessment
Join your video appointment for a comprehensive assessment and we will discuss an individualised management plan. Subsequently, Dr. Akhtar will update your referring GP about the outcome of assessment and future follow up.
