What You Need
To receive a Medicare rebate for your psychiatric consultation, you will need a valid referral from your GP or primary healthcare provider.
You can upload your referral letter using the form on this page, or your GP can send it directly via secure messaging, fax, or email.
Once you have submitted your referral, we will triage it to assess the suitability of your referral for private psychiatry, and let you know about the further steps involved in booking your initial appointment.
Already submitted your referral?
There is no need to submit it again. Once your referral is accepted, we will send you new patient paperwork and a link to book your appointment. If you have not heard from us, please call us on 07 5588 5108.
